Does FruityWipes.com collect a sales tax? Yes and No. To all of you who reside in New Jersey you are subject to an 7% sales tax. For those who live outside of New Jersey, you are not subject to any sales tax.
What happens if, for some reason, I receive damaged products?
When packing your order, we take extra precautions to ensure that it will arrive undamaged. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us at within 5 business days after receiving your package. Please retain all packaging material for collection by the freight carrier.
We will replace a defective item with an identical one at no cost. However, you may not exchange a defective item for a completely different one. In the event you receive a damaged item, we will ship you an identical replacement at no charge.

What kind of guarantee does FruityWipes.com offer?
We guarantee everything. If you have opened your order and are not happy with it, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund. However, we will only refund shipping charges if the return is the result of an error made by FruityWipes.com. Due to our quality assurance shipping procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped are in good quality condition. We are sorry, but we cannot accept a return if the item has been used.
